Saad Al-Mulhim group has been established with a general contracting business in 1982 to serve the Al-Ahsa region. Then we establish Dorat Al-Khalji for architectural consulting for Riyadh and the eastern region. We started the air-conditioning department in 1987 to satisfy the demand for the eastern region market. In 2000 we started our professional business in building facade materials associated with a Spanish company (FAD FIX).
In 2001 we started Al-Mulhim for real-estate development and real-estate investments. We started our Industrial Trading in 2010 to satisfy buyers in the eastern region.
